Calculator and quote entries

The application processes price-calculator inputs, task-time inputs and quote details in your browser. Its code does not submit those entries to a server, create an online account, store a saved quote history or save drafts in cookies or browser local storage.

If you enter business or client details in the quote editor, they are used to display that quote in the page. Leaving or reloading the page can lose your work. Browser features such as autofill, session restoration and print history are controlled by your browser, outside the application’s draft-saving behavior.

Moving a price to the quote template

When you choose “Use this price in a quote,” the proposed price and valid cleanable area are placed after the # in the next page’s address. That part is called a URL fragment and is not included in the normal page request to the server. The quote editor reads those two numbers and removes the fragment from the address.

The transfer does not include internal labor costs, profit, client names or addresses. The application does not send the quote to a client.

Printing and files

Download PDF creates the quote file in your browser without submitting your entries to a server. Printing uses your browser or device’s print controls when available. If you save a PDF, choose where it is stored and who can access it. Printed copies, exported PDFs and messages you send separately are outside this website’s control.

Email correspondence

If you email contact@janitormath.com, JanitorMath receives your email address and any name, message or attachment you choose to send. We use this correspondence to respond to your inquiry and investigate reported issues or corrections.

Incoming messages are forwarded through Porkbun to a Gmail inbox and stored in that inbox. Those email providers process the correspondence to deliver and manage it. Replies may come from the receiving Gmail address. Emailing us is separate from using the calculator: the tools do not automatically attach your inputs or quote details to a message.

Hosting and website delivery

Your browser connects to hosting and access services to load this website. Those services receive technical request information, such as an IP address and requested page address, and may process it for delivery, access control and security. Their own cookies or logs are separate from the calculator and quote code.

Janitormath.com is hosted by Hostinger. See the Hostinger Privacy Policy for information about its handling of personal data. We do not set retention periods for provider-controlled logs or account information.

Fonts

The DM Sans and Manrope font files are served directly from this website. Loading these fonts does not require your browser to contact Google’s font servers. Font-file requests are handled by our website hosting services, like other page assets.

Analytics and external links

This version has no application analytics or contact form. Its application code does not set advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may use their own cookies, as explained above.

Google advertising: preparation and data use

We are preparing to use Google AdSense to support this website. When advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, and protect against fraud. Subject to the applicable settings and your choices, advertising cookies can also support personalized ads based on visits to this and other websites.

Loading Google's advertising services can send Google technical information such as the page address and your IP address. Cookies and other identifiers may be read or stored where permitted. The consent message's partner list and settings will identify the advertising partners and purposes covered by that message. A choice about personalized advertising does not necessarily stop every use of technical information, such as delivery, security or fraud prevention.

Your advertising privacy choices

The site-specific controls described here become available when advertising and Google's privacy messages are enabled. They are not active in the current version. You can already manage browser cookies or use Google's own advertising settings through the links below.

• EEA, UK and Switzerland: the planned Google consent message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Manage options lets you review the purposes and partners shown in the message and any available legitimate-interest objections. You can revisit or withdraw choices through the site's privacy and cookie settings link when that service is active.
• Supported US states: the planned US privacy message provides a Do Not Sell or Share choice and an opt-out flow for the advertising uses described in that message. The message's availability and choices depend on the applicable region and service settings.
• Google advertising settings: use Google Ad Settings to review or change ad personalization choices for Google's services. Those controls are separate from consent choices made on an individual website.
• Browser controls: your browser can block or delete cookies. Deleting cookies or changing browsers or devices may remove a stored choice, so you may need to make it again.
